- What areas do you serve?
- Kolas Paws & Co. serves pet families throughout the Metro Detroit area. Not sure if we cover your neighborhood? Reach out with your city or ZIP code and we'll let you know quickly.
- How do I book?
- Booking is done online through our scheduling page — it takes just a few minutes. You can also call, text, or email if you'd rather talk it through first.
- What is a Meet & Greet?
- It's a free first meeting before any services begin. You, your pet, and your sitter get acquainted, talk through your pet's routine and needs, and make sure everyone is comfortable. There's no obligation to book afterward.
- How much does it cost?
- 30-minute walks and drop-ins are $22, 60-minute walks and drop-ins are $32, a 2-hour pet sitting visit is $45, and overnight care is $75 per night. Additional pets are +$5 each for walks and drop-ins, and +$10 each for overnight care. Holiday care carries a +$10 fee, subject to availability.
- What pets do you care for?
- We care for dogs, cats, and other beloved pets. Every pet is unique, so we take the time to understand their individual needs, preferences, and personalities.
- What happens during a drop-in visit?
- Drop-ins cover feeding, potty breaks, playtime, medication or routine needs, and companionship — whatever your pet's normal day looks like.
- Do you offer overnight care?
- Yes. Overnight care keeps your pet comfortable in their own home and environment while you're away, at $75 per night.
